NATX reserves the rights to cancel any order that contain pricing errors, with no liabilities to you, even after your receive a confirmation order mail. In such a case, NATX will either notify you of cancellation of the order or contact you for instructions to cancel the order.

All orders placed through the NATX website are subjected to availability. If the product is out of stock, you will be notified. You can either wait until the product is available in stock or cancel the order. In case you were charged for the canceled order, you will be issued a refund.

In case you provide incorrect delivery address, name or do not collect the product from the delivery address, we accept no liability for the loss or return of the product whatsoever. You will also accept the risks for the products once they are delivered to the delivery address specified by you.
